| 勤務内容 | その他 Job Description Summary As a Biomarker Lead in Translational Medicine Japan, you will shape and drive biomarker strategies across early to late-stage clinical development programs. You will play a critical role in bridging preclinical discoveries with clinical application, working cross-functionally and externally with key opinion leaders to advance biomarker science. This is a highly visible leadership role where your expertise will directly influence clinical decision-making, patient selection, and the success of innovative therapies. Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead biomarker strategies across projects from early discovery through late-stage clinical development Drive translation of preclinical discoveries into fit-for-purpose clinical biomarker plans Build and maintain strategic collaborations with academic partners and clinical sites Provide scientific leadership within Japan and across global matrix teams Integrate biomarker strategies into clinical protocols and study designs Partner with internal experts to plan and execute biomarker studies effectively Interpret biomarker data and contribute to clinical study reports and decision-making Ensure alignment across therapeutic areas, indications, and global biomarker leaders Support regulatory interactions related to biomarkers and translational research Represent biomarker strategies in internal and external scientific discussions |
