勤務内容	その他対象専門科目：内科、循環器内科、糖尿病内分泌科、腎臓内科仕事内容： MSLグループは担当領域のメディカルプランの実行に注力し，外部顧客のエンゲージメント活動を推進しています。疾患領域に精通する医師（External Expert：EE）に対して，上市後の適正使用推進に役立てるインサイトを得るサイエンティフィックインタビュー/ サイエンティフィックエクスチェンジ活動を実行しています。また，特定の医師とのコミュニケーション，アドバイザリーボード会議，公表論文等から，継続的にプロダクトのアンメットメディカルニーズを探求することが求められます。将来のメディカルアクティビティの立案に必要な情報を集約し，外部のステークホルダーとの協働により長期的な視野を持ってプロジェクトの計画ができる人材を求めています。 Basic Purpose of the job 1 担当疾患領域における科学的な課題をサイエンティフィックエクスチェンジを通して解決し製品価値の最大化に貢献する。 2 担当疾患領域におけるEE/その他医療関係者からの研究サポートや医学的・科学的ニーズを満たすための情報を提供する。 Accountabilities Related Performace Indicators 1 活動計画の立案 To build activity plan ・担当疾患領域に精通するEEを特定し、適切に改訂する。・担当疾患領域におけるEEとのengagement planを策定する。 2 Engagement plan の実行及びその記録・担当製品に関するインサイトを得るために、サイエンティフィックインタビュー/ サイエンティフィックエクスチェンジを実施する。また、そのための適切なコンテンツを作成する。また、学会等からの最新情報も含め得られたインサイトは戦略やアクションプランの策定のために関連部門と共有する。・担当疾患領域で企画、実施するアドバイザリボード組織化をサポートし、ミーティングを企画・実施する。・ EEと定期的なコンタクト/コミュニケーションをとり、製品ライフサイクルを通じて良好な関係構築・維持する。・データギャップやアンメットニーズを埋めるために、実現可能性、科学的適切性、倫理性を考慮した新たな科学的データを創出する・要望に応じた臨床/非臨床の研究をリエゾンとしてサポートする 4. 顧客からの要望に応じた承認/未承認/適応外の科学的情報の提供・医療関係者からの科学的質問、要望に応じた適切なコンテンツを作成し、担当疾患領域内で承認を得た上で適切に情報提供を行う。 5. 行動規範・法令の順守・法規制や業界ルール（プロモーションコード、公正競争規約、個人情報、データ収集/保管など）、関連SOP を理解し、遵守する。・NBI社員の自覚を持ち、社会規範、社内行動規範則って行動する。

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field-facing role whose main objectives are to:

1. exhibit a high degree of scientific and clinical knowledge, i.e. a robust knowledge of diseases, vaccinology, product development, clinical trials

2. exhibit a high degree of knowledge of healthcare and payer environment, medical practice and regulatory frameworks, public health priorities, and vaccine guideline development

3. facilitate timely, appropriate, balanced, credible, robust, long-term scientific exchanges with influential external experts and decision-makers to enhance the understanding of the scientific and medical value of our products with no sharing of product promotional information

4. develop robust evidence generation plans to enhance the value of our products in a real-world setting

5. demonstrate operational understanding and risk management by ensuring excellence in execution of all governance processes

6. develop insights that deepen our understanding of the needs of patients, consumers, regulators, payers, and healthcare providers and proactively identifies unmet needs

In addition, the MSL is expected to build strong internal relationships with colleagues in Medical Affairs and Commercial Operations, while maintaining full compliance with all relevant company, industry, legal, and regulatory requirements. The insights gained by the MSL while engaging with KOLs are to be shared with the broader organization in order to contribute to the enhancement of messages, plans, and strategy.

Based on the Brand/Functional plan, develop and execute MSL Action Plan through scientific interaction

Major Responsibilities:

・Support other departments in scientific point of view
・Provide scientific information
3.Active participation and effective communication for product maximization cross functionally
・Understand Brand Plan and Medical Plan for execution in the field
・Provide feedback from the field after implementation of the functional plan
・Identify appropriate KEEs for tactical action in Medical plan by understanding the target KEE's profile,
treatment policy and/or his/her point of view
4.One R&D collaboration (as needed)
・Understand the local action plan and its objectives to support clinical development
・Collaborate with Clinical Development in-field team to accelerate enrollment through scientific interaction
5.Team Management
・By understanding TA/ Team policy, contribute to the team management incollaboration with MSL Manager
・Support peer MSLs who have relatively less experience
6.iFTE playbook understanding & execution
・Understand the Medical and other key stakeholders' actions including Commercial in iFTE playbook
and execute accordingly
・Collaborate in-field as one team and support other team members in Medical
