勤務内容	その他対象専門科目：内科、呼吸器内科、耳鼻咽喉科仕事内容： The Alliance Immunology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) collects insights through scientific discussions with HCPs (medical experts) in the respiratory and ENT (ear, nose, and throat) disease areas, identifies medical needs, and engages in activities aimed at addressing them. Through the following activities aligned with the medical strategy, the MSL contributes to improving the patient experience. Scientific exchange with KOLs Analyzing collected insights and appropriately contributing to the development of medical plans Supporting awareness of relevant diseases and establishing appropriate diagnostic and treatment environments Assisting in the planning and execution of medical events and advisory board meetings Planning and implementing MSL-led medical education programs and internal seminars Appropriately supporting evidence generation and physician-initiated studies Opportunities to participate in global medical activities [Key Disease Areas] (Specific diseases and territories will be determined during the selection process) Respiratory diseases: Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) ENT: Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps

仕事内容：

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field-facing role whose main objectives are to:

1. exhibit a high degree of scientific and clinical knowledge, i.e. a robust knowledge of diseases, vaccinology, product development, clinical trials

2. exhibit a high degree of knowledge of healthcare and payer environment, medical practice and regulatory frameworks, public health priorities, and vaccine guideline development

3. facilitate timely, appropriate, balanced, credible, robust, long-term scientific exchanges with influential external experts and decision-makers to enhance the understanding of the scientific and medical value of our products with no sharing of product promotional information

4. develop robust evidence generation plans to enhance the value of our products in a real-world setting

5. demonstrate operational understanding and risk management by ensuring excellence in execution of all governance processes

6. develop insights that deepen our understanding of the needs of patients, consumers, regulators, payers, and healthcare providers and proactively identifies unmet needs

In addition, the MSL is expected to build strong internal relationships with colleagues in Medical Affairs and Commercial Operations, while maintaining full compliance with all relevant company, industry, legal, and regulatory requirements. The insights gained by the MSL while engaging with KOLs are to be shared with the broader organization in order to contribute to the enhancement of messages, plans, and strategy.

仕事内容：

Based on the Brand/Functional plan, develop and execute MSL Action Plan through scientific interaction
and connect to evidence generation and collectively, as member of GMA, work to make a remarkable impact
on patient care
Major Responsibilities:
1.KEE management
・Cultivate and develop scientific engagement with Medical Target KEEs
・Understanding the needs of developing strategic KEE interaction planning,
develop the strategic interaction plan appropriately
・Cultivate and maintain relationships with KEEs prior to product launch　through Multi-channel communication plan with KEEs
・Provide scientific information and have a discussion with EELs
・Provide accurate TA knowledge and scientific message to KEEs (non-product)
・Gain DPOs through scientific discussions
2.Coordinate Investigator Initiated Study (IIS) following new SOP (Contract-Based IIS)
・Get information of IIS plan with AbbVie products and may proceed further AbbVie process
with limited support
・Understanding the IIS process,
・Take a role of SME in proceeding the IIS process
・Support other departments in scientific point of view
・Provide scientific information
3.Active participation and effective communication for product maximization cross functionally
・Understand Brand Plan and Medical Plan for execution in the field
・Provide feedback from the field after implementation of the functional plan
・Identify appropriate KEEs for tactical action in Medical plan by understanding the target KEE's profile,
treatment policy and/or his/her point of view
4.One R&D collaboration (as needed)
・Understand the local action plan and its objectives to support clinical development
・Collaborate with Clinical Development in-field team to accelerate enrollment through scientific interaction
5.Team Management
・By understanding TA/ Team policy, contribute to the team management incollaboration with MSL Manager
・Support peer MSLs who have relatively less experience
6.iFTE playbook understanding & execution
・Understand the Medical and other key stakeholders' actions including Commercial in iFTE playbook
and execute accordingly
・Collaborate in-field as one team and support other team members in Medical
